First County Bank is here to support our customers that have been economically impacted by COVID-19. In this time of need, First County Bank is committed to providing financial flexibility to the individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations that we proudly serve.
As of March 26, 2020, we will temporarily waive Overdraft Fees. Waived fees include Insufficient Funds Charges (Paid and Returned), Overdraft Service Charges, Uncollected Funds Charges, and Overdraft Protection Transaction Fees.
These fee waivers apply to consumer, business, and nonprofit organizations.
Our Overdraft Fees have not changed. The COVID-19 waiver period will end at our sole discretion without prior notice.
As of March 26, 2020, we will temporarily waive late fees for all loan types. Late fees are controlled by your loan agreement with First County Bank and this COVID-19 waiver period will end at our sole discretion without prior notice.
Residential Mortgage and Consumer Loan Customers
You may be eligible for various types of loan payment assistance, including loan payment deferrals, without a negative impact on your credit report. Small Business Guidance and Loan Resources
The programs and initiatives provided in the CARES Act and by the Small Business Administration (SBA) are intended to assist business owners with needs that have arisen as a result of the national impact from COVID-19.
Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) will help you cover capital needed to retain your employees and pay other business expenses. First County Bank is an SBA lender offering PPP loans. As of April 27, 2020, additional funds have been allocated by Congress to the CARES Act Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans and the SBA is currently accepting applications.

If you are submitting a NEW application
Your application will be placed in our queue for processing. Please be advised that there are a significant number of applications pending from the first round of funding that will precede new applications.
First County Bank will process and submit every pending application until any future funding is exhausted. We cannot guarantee that any individual application will be processed or submitted, or that funding will be obtained until such time as an approval has been obtained from the SBA.
If you are inquiring about an EXISTING application
If you are inquiring about the status of a completed PPP Loan Application submitted before the funding ran out on the initial program allocation, your application is pending in our queue for processing.

SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) and Emergency Economic Injury Grants are programs offered by the SBA. An EIDL can help you to meet your broader emergency funding needs.
